Medical records & CT/MRI disc copying

Copy medical-record discs, CT scans and MRI data for a backup or to take to an appointment.

Need an extra copy of a hospital-issued disc to keep, take to another facility or give to an authorised recipient? Ghi Đĩa Giá Rẻ can discuss copying medical records and diagnostic imaging data from the source you provide.

For a DICOM dataset, the copy should preserve the source files and folder structure, including DICOMDIR when present. Any bundled image viewer may only be copied where its licence permits. Converting images to JPEG or taking screenshots is not a substitute for copying the original dataset.

A copy gives you another storage option and helps you prepare records for follow-up visits or a change of healthcare provider. Ask the receiving facility whether it accepts CD, DVD, USB or another transfer method. A disc that can be read on a computer is not necessarily compatible with every medical system.

This service copies data; it does not change results or patient information, or interpret medical images. If the source has errors or cannot be read in full, its condition must be clarified before agreeing on the next step.

Discuss the service without uploading medical records

For an initial enquiry, describe only the disc type, quantity and format. Do not enter test results, patient IDs or images of records in the enquiry form. We will agree separately with the authorised person on how to receive and return the data.

Check the copy when you collect it

Keep the original disc. Compare folders, file counts and file sizes, and test readability with suitable tools. The receiving healthcare professional or facility should confirm that the dataset meets its intended use.

What to prepare

  • The original disc or files supplied by the healthcare provider
  • Confirmation that you are the patient or are authorised to request the copy
  • Number of copies and the format required by the receiving facility
  • Whether the source is readable and includes DICOMDIR or a bundled viewer
