GUIDES
How should you prepare files before burning a disc?
A few simple steps make your files easier to organise and check.
First, gather the files to be burned into a separate folder. Use recognisable filenames and check that each file opens, plays or can be read in full.
If the content needs to play in sequence, add numbers at the beginning of filenames: 01, 02, 03… For video or audio, specify the intended playback device so we can advise on the format.
Include the number of discs, label requirements, case or sleeve type and desired collection date. Keep a copy of the original data until you have received and checked the finished discs.
